What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID for entry, especially for children aged 3 and under to verify free admission.
• Wear appropriate swimwear made of nylon or lycra; casual attire is also permitted, but inappropriate garments (such as underwear, transparent, exposing, or non-swimming attire) are not allowed.
• Toddlers must wear waterproof diapers.
• You may bring one 500ml plastic water bottle per person, as well as baby food or items required for dietary or medicinal needs.
• Consider bringing a padlock or using the on-site lockers for your valuables, as the park is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for one 500ml water bottle, baby food, or items for dietary/medicinal needs.
• Glass containers, sharp objects, diving masks, snorkels, diving gear, and fins are not allowed.
• Personal floatation devices are not permitted; only park-issued lifejackets may be used in the pools.
• Portable speakers and diving goggles are not allowed inside the waterpark.
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and alcohol are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Unruly behavior, running, jumping, horseplay, and inappropriate language are not permitted.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or resold, and are void if damaged.

Accessibility

• Guests with disabilities and/or special needs must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or caretaker at all times.
• Some rides and attractions may have specific height, weight, and health restrictions; please check requirements before participating.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart or back conditions should not use the slides.
